Very knowledgeable staff. Reports that the equipment is thoroughly cleaned then the gluten free ice cream is made, so it is shared equipment but cleaned between batches. The cones are "gluten friendly" and may have some cross contamination and was recommended appropriately to avoid this. The person at the counter pulled out new untouched ice cream to provide samples as well as used a new scoop every time he pulled from the cross contamination free gallons. Overall felt confident enough to eat there in their procedures. Ice cream was epic.
