I informed the waitress I have to be gluten free, I saw a previous review from someone that said they have a separate fryer for gluten free. I informed my waitress and she proceeded to tell me to risk it. Unfortunately I still ordered the wings, which was a mistake, cuz I ended up getting sick shortly after. I do not recommend this restaurant at all if you have celiacs.

Bar Bill had several options for people who are gluten intolerant or sensitive. The server was very knowledgeable and kind about any questions. She was open and honest about the risks of cross contamination and indicated that there was a dedicated fryer available if needed. I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza on cauliflower crust. It was tasty and came out at the same time as the other dishes.
