Waitress was very friendly and checked everything with the kitchen. I only ordered an appetizer (bureaus and tomatoes, no croutons. It was delicious) because we just stopped for a snack, but they can make pasta GF in separate water they said, and flatbread on cauliflower crust. Waitress let me know flatbread would be in same oven, but in its own pan. Shared fryer unfortunately. They have items marked GF on menu but only the ones that need substitutions to be made that way (pasta, flatbread) and a lot more items in the menu are already GF
