Edit: When I actually went into the restaurant the staff didn’t know what Celiac Disease was and were unaware of me being unable to eat anything from the deep fryer due to cross contamination from the battered onion rings. I didn’t end up getting anything and was confused based on the phone call earlier. Not worth the risk.
Original: I called to ask, and over the phone they said they have lots of gluten free options and that they take Celiac Disease and cross-contamination very seriously. They do bake with flour in their kitchen but they said that this is in a completely separate area which mitigates risk of airborne flour.

Best middle eastern food around. They are knowledgeable, will change gloves when requested. Their falafel the best- it happens to be flour free and fried in a dedicated fryer. Their hummus is also incredible. Be sure to ask questions about the menu when ordering to be clear on details. Highly recommend!
