This chain has gluten-friendly burrito and quesadilla options, using a certified gf tortilla that’s as large as regular ones. I watched them do the whole process and they were incredibly careful. The server washed his hands and changed his gloves before he started. He placed the tortilla between parchment paper before placing it on the grill press thing. He told me that even though they can’t guarantee 100% there’s no cross contamination, they work to make it 99% sure they are safe, even when they are busy. Incredibly kind and careful. The burrito is amazing!! My first time! Wish I lived here so I could eat here all the time.
