I am sensitive to all cross-contamination and have a very serious reaction to gluten from my celiac disease. I am so happy to share that I ate at the buffet 3 meals a day for 7 days and did not get sick once!! I also dined in at the Trattoria Italian Restaurant, Mexico Lindo Mexican Restaurant, and Tokyo Restaurant. When I told each place I was gluten free all proper measures were taken to make it stress-free. The servers listed what I could eat on each menu by memory and the chef prepared my meals separately. These experiences, plus the all-you-can-eat buffet everyday made my stay seamless. I have never been so lucky before being celiac while travelling :))

had great luck and no issues eating at restaurants with reservations. food was delicious. ate at Caribbean, French, Italian, Mexican restaurants with no issues. I didn't eat at buffets due to cross contamination concerns. but overall great food at dinner time.

I have had an extremely excellent experience here.
I got a note from guest services saying I have celiac disease. Every time I show it to a waiter the chef will come talk with me and make me whatever I want (within reason) with uncontaminated cooking utensils using gluten free ingredients. It was all completely delicious. I was taken aback by how good they were about it (experience may vary by buffet, I was at the tropical/colonial).
They were also the tastiest gluten free meals I have ever had. Highly recommend.

The chefs came personally to me each meal, and made fresh food with clean utensils and dedicated gluten free area. didn’t get sick once, (I’m super sensitive) and made my trip stress free when normally out of the country trips are terrifying! thank you so much Mario!
