I am sensitive to all cross-contamination and have a very serious reaction to gluten from my celiac disease. I am so happy to share that I ate at the buffet 3 meals a day for 7 days and did not get sick once!! I also dined in at the Trattoria Italian Restaurant, Mexico Lindo Mexican Restaurant, and Tokyo Restaurant. When I told each place I was gluten free all proper measures were taken to make it stress-free. The servers listed what I could eat on each menu by memory and the chef prepared my meals separately. These experiences, plus the all-you-can-eat buffet everyday made my stay seamless. I have never been so lucky before being celiac while travelling :))
