I've gone to Bare Bones for years (decades??) and recommended it until today. It was never a dedicated GF kitchen, but they always had good food and they were good about managing gluten.
Unfortunately the experience last night was a bad one. Our waitress let us know the sauce for the ribs is no longer made in house and thus no longer has a GF guarantee.
The salmon that we got instead was overcooked, dry, and devoid of all salmon flavor. That could be the price for going on a Sunday evening, but it didn't help the overall feeling.

Today I asked for the shrimp salad which is listed on the menu as GF. The chef came out and said there was an error, the shrimp was cooked in beer. He saved me days of being sick! He fixed me a salad with small shrimp in Cajun spice. It was good. I appreciate their honesty and will be going back!

As far as gluten free, they have a wide selection of supposed Gluten-Free, however there is no dedicated Gluten-Free fryers and is not celiac friendly. Some of the cheeses and other ingredients used on labeled Gluten-Free had things you had to have omitted to be truly gluten free. Also a lot of cross contamination and food not cooked in Gluten-Free areas.
There were plenty of gluten free menu choices. Potato skins and wings were fantastic.
