I normally have a great experience at Bareburger. Today, the person who brought out food mixed up the GF and non-GF bun. I could tell it was wrong because I’ve eaten there many times and they look VERY different from each other. I asked him if mine was the gluten free and he assured me that it was. He said “I’ll bring out the manager, the cook, anyone” …and then the person who he brought over verified that I was correct and the orders were wrong. He didn’t offer any kind of apology or show any concern at all. I would have been incredibly ill if I had not already known what it was supposed to look like. As Bareburger has always been a place that was very GF friendly, it’s disheartening that an employee would not know the difference and also not care.
