The owner Derek is highly educated about Celiac Disease and the requirements. Asked lots of questions and every one was answered to my satisfaction. The white queso is delicious and the chips are too. And GF!! He tells you exactly what to get. Make sure to ask for him. Christi is also excellent and has incredible table side manner.
