Review of Bartaco

LOVE bartaco but celiacs beware:

-They cook the corn tortillas on the same surface as flour so I always opt for lettuce wraps -They claim the mojo pork is cooked with gluten free beer HOWEVER it’s omission beer which is currently *crafted to removed gluten* so not 100% gf -chips currently fried in safe fryer but double check-may vary on the day

I’ve eaten here several times and been fine and I’m extremely sensitive
