Bartaco is one of my favorite restaurants. We have eaten at this location many times and I’ve never been glutened. Everything on the menu except for the kids meals (flour tortillas) and desserts is 100% GF. They fry the entree items using masa flour (corn) in a dedicated fryer. Upscale street tacos and other items to choose from. Love the fish taco, the oyster taco, and the pork belly taco. All tacos are served on delicious corn tortillas. Their fresh salad is always a fave for me too.
