LoVE Bartaco. I've been to both the North Hills and the Chapel Hill location and eaten with no reaction. I love their guacamole and chips (fried corn tortilla) and their grilled corn. I've yet to have a bad taco (I've had the baja fish, mono pork carnitas, crispy rock shrimp, and glazed pork belly. Both the fish and shrimp tacos have breaded and fried protein made with a cornmeal breading that was so good that I verified its lack of gluten multiple times. On their menu, they have so much that is already gluten free that they mark what does contain gluten as opposed to what does not. Absolutely love eating at bartaco!
