Staff is knowledgeable about Celiac. Pretty much everything on the menu is GF except for a few desserts. Even their fried fish is made with rice flour. They made it a point to let me know that the non-GF churros are fried in their own fryer, separate from everything GF. You order from your phone at the table and can indicate gluten allergy, as well as other allergies. They told me that the kitchen will prepare carefully and change gloves…even though most everything is GF already. Very safe and low stress GF experience.
