Review of Basilico Gourmet Pizzeria & Restaurant

This rating is for their complete ineptness regarding what "gluten free" means. We ordered a gluten free bacon chicken ranch pizza. When we got it home, we learned that they placed BREADED chicken cutlet on a gluten free crust. Huh? When we called, they said "some people order it that way"!?

Worse, a "gluten free baked ziti pizza" had regular pasta on a gluten free crust. You must be kidding me.

They clearly are clueless about GF foods. Celiacs and GF intolerant folks beware!
