Update...we eat here on a regular basis and have never had a since issue. One of our favorite locations in town for Celiac safe options.
This place is so good! We have 2 in our family with Celiac. They can eat safely and have many options. There is even a gluten free bread service. The owner has Celiac as well and they are knowledgeable of proper preparations. Highly recommend.

Great gluten free Italian!! We ate there twice on our trip. Once on the way and once on the way home. Wish this was closer to home.

Loved being able to eat here as a family! We had cheese ravioli and a seafood pasta bake along with toasted bread with garlic butter. it was tasty and our child who has Celiac loved the ravioli and had no adverse reaction. One of the owners told us she also has Celiac so she understood our concerns and checked with us afterward to ensure everything was ok. We felt safe eating there.
They have numerous options on their gluten free menu (ask for a menu when you arrive)! It's rare to be able to dine out and have so many choices making it hard to decide which to try. :)

This place is amazing!! We are a family of 13 with many celiac and dairy allergies. I am celiac with dairy, corn, soy and canola allergies. They have a dedicated GF kitchen and ingredients are color coded for specific allergens. Kevin our server was very knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. Martha the owner came to our table to make sure they had all the allergy information and to explain her 14 yrs. of experience with food and allergies. She made us feel very comfortable eating there. The food was amazing!!!!!!! Her homemade marinara sauce is excellent. There was bread, pasta, meatballs, seafood. The GF/allergy menu was impressive and Martha did not have any problems adapting for my list. I don’t eat out because most of the time it’s not worth the risk or the lack of flavor, but Martha knows her stuff. Not one complaint from our party of 13. Again the food was amazing!!!!!! Martha was so warm and inviting we really had a great time and will definitely be back.
5 Stars for sure 🤩

Excellent service and good food! We are driving through Springfield and stopped for dinner because of the positive reviews. We got there at 8:30 and they close at 9:00 but they were kind enough to seat us. They have a separate gluten free menu that has much to choose from. We ordered GF bread service and I was a little surprised to get toasted sandwich bread, however, it was delicious with the oil, parm, seasoning mix. The dinner salad and dressing is AMAZING. I had to order another one. From the GF menu I ordered the penne Rosa, the waiter profusely apologized when he brought me the ravioli Rosa. I said no worries and ate it. It was a happy mistake. My son ordered spaghetti marinara with add-on chicken and sausage. The rest of the family ordered from the regular menu. While we were there the waiter told us that the chef has everything color coded and labeled as well as a separate work space for GF. Highly recommend!!!!

Coming in from out of town can be rough for our daughter who is Celiac and will get sick from the smallest amount of gluten. I love that this place has a completely separate menu for gluten free people. Also there is plenty to choose from. It’s rare that we find a place that completely gets it. The wait staff was very friendly and love that the place holds only about 50 people so the attention to the food & customers are remarkable. 10/10 for us!!!

Was impressed with the amount of GF options! All items were amazing! Loved the GF penne pasta Parmesan cheese crisps with the goat cheese appetizer! Will definitely go back and bring friends.

They no longer have the Reuben gluten free. She actually had to get the gluten free menu out of the trash so take that for what it’s worth....I wouldn’t really recommend this place. Other places in town are better for sure. If you want to eat here, I am sure their pasta is good.

Fantastic Alfredo sauce and am looking forward to trying every other entree on their GF menu. Very knowledgeable about GF and they offer GF bread with the pasta. Don't miss this place!
The owner came out and spoke to us — after we ordered. She was very knowledgeable and said that it’s not hard to provide for gf people. All their gf kitchen equipment is purple so kitchen staff knows it is specifically for gf food.
We ate here for lunch and my daughter with celiac loved their gf cheese ravioli. The lunch portion is a bit small for an active teenager. They also provided gf bread on a separate plate with its own butter.

Ate at Cafe Basilico tonight for the first time. I was so impressed!!! Extensive gf menu and they have a dedicated space so it is also celiac safe. I had the goat cheese plate, seafood bake, and gluten free bread. I would highly recommend, go check them out!!
