I’m gluten free due to fodmaps, so I also can’t have garlic/onions. They have lots of options they can make fodmap friendly, no garlic onions, and can customize most orders. This is my favorite place to eat because I have so many options! They make their own pasta here including wheat pasta, so I’m not sure I’d feel safe if I was celiac, but it’s just fine in my situation.

Editing to add I got super duper sick and was in so much pain a few hours after eating and posting this review. I’m so sad and disappointed.
Amazing gluten free food and it was so great to go somewhere knowing the staff is knowledgeable about celiac and that the gluten free menu is actually safe! They even served gluten free bread that was pretty tasty with an oil dip while we were waiting on food. A little expensive but a worry free night eating delicious food, it was well worth it! We will definitely be returning!

Since COVID they indicate they add a 10% tip to your orders, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service they will remove it from the bill. I went ahead and tipped them generously because they 10,000% deserved it!
We had dinner here last weekend and loved this place! The service was outstanding as well as knowledgeable about Celiac. There are way more GF options that I typically have at restaurants, so I took our server's recommendation of the seafood risotto, which did not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised that they had GF bread to dip in olive oil. I think it was just Udi's multigrain bread, but the fact that they had it and that they provided separate olive oil plates to avoid any cross-contamination was so thoughtful. I wish we'd saved room for dessert since they have multiple GF options...next time!

Super yummy food, safely prepared. While they do also serve gluteny food, including pasta, the wait staff were very knowledgeable about celiac. Some menu items are not able to be made gluten-free (including the lasagna - bummer!), but the smoked salmon pasta I had was amazing.
We'll definitely eat here again if we are in Olympia at dinner time.

I had the most amazing meal here. There were so many choices for every part of the meal. I lucked out an they had GF cannoli the night I was there. Everything tasted amazing and the server ensured me they had a separate place to prep the GF food.

This is a celiac friendly restaurant. They have a dedicated prep area and fryer. They make gluten free bread that is very good. I had a seafood combination with GF spaghetti in red sauce. It was delicious. It was great to feel safe eating out!

My husband found this place for our 20th anniversary. It was an amazing place. The manager (it may it was the owner I can’t remember now) came out and talked to me. Even showed me the brand of the noodles he uses. But the THREE pages of gf was enough to make me tear up and giggle to my husband, I almost feel like a real girl.

We had a great experience. We ordered two different dishes for my celiac daughter and the waitress was super nice and knowledgeable about it. The food was delicious- you would never know that it was gluten free. They even brought her gluten free bread at the same time that we got regular bread. We were delighted and impressed with this restaurant.

OMG I’m obsessedddddd yall!!!! I ordered the calamari and side zucchini mash + an Italian old fashioned x 2 + tiramisu dessert and WOWZA. The food is worth every penny. The tiramisu is the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. I have no idea what they put in there but the taste, texture, everything is freaking exquisite!!!! My mouth waters thinking about it! Absolutely delicious, and I appreciate the aesthetics and presentation of the meals. Also, super cool that they serve you the tastiest gf bread with hummus and olive oil for your appetizer. The drink was divine (hence why I had 2). The owner/chef is celiac and he plays no games - he came to serve the freshest and best meal options and did not skimp on taste. There are so many gf options you don’t have to worry - even the dessert menu is 80% gf. Finally, the customer service is what really takes it over the top. I was here alone for a military trip and the server really made me feel welcome and fabulous. They can take all my money!!! Love them!!!!!

Really nice meal. The chef is celiac. Dedicated fryer. Housemade GF pasta. Our whole table ate GF and everyone enjoyed it.

Incredible food and dedicated GF menu. Staff are very knowledgeable. I love this place!!
The previous head chef was celiac so the staff is very well trained, and take cross contamination very seriously. My food was prepared in a separate area and brought out separately as well. All of the staff were informed that I am celiac and were very attentive. They answered all my questions, and the food was delicious. I will be returning. Highly recommend.

Nearly the entire menu can be prepared gluten free.

The food is amazing, HOWEVER I have gotten glutened here :-(. Historically they were safe, but now the gluten free is potentially more of a gimmick. They do have a lot of options, but they are off our list since they aren't actually safe :-(.

Great service. The wild boar gnocchi was delicious. I wish their gluten free bread was dairy free!! Bummed to have to pass on it. Overall I wish they had more dairy free options. Expensive but worth it.
My favorite gluten free restaurant in Olympia! Excellent food, separate gluten free menu, super careful staff and knowledgeable and kind servers. Every meal we have had here had been excellent.
Very knowledgeable! Staff is well trained. Amazing house made GF pasta.

My wife and I were visiting from out of town. We saw the high rating given to this restaurant for being celiac friendly so decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was nice and service was good. They had a large selection of gluten free appetizers, pasta and other entrees. The food was delicious, and they are very careful to avoid cross contamination. The reason we only gave it 3 stars is because we feel the prices are too expensive. Including the 10% that they add, our bill for bread and pasta was $50. We both felt that if a salad had been included in the price of the meal, we would have felt better about it.

What an amazingly large gluten free menu. Everything we ate was wonderful and we walked out stuffed and well taken care of

Ah-mazing - great GF menu with so many options. Gf bread was great appetizer. We had gf 4 cheese ravioli and gf fusilli that my husband said is better than most gluten-y pastas.

Amazing! First time I have ever been to a restaurant with a 3 page gluten free menu! The pasta was great, but the calamari was the best I have ever had ( even before I went gluten free! )! My husband loved it too, and he never likes my gluten free food!

The best gfree eating out experience I've had maybe ever. My husband I went to Basilico while on a little get away. We enjoyed the Funghi di Stagione as an appetizer ( a creamy Marsala mushroom dish with toasted bread) and my husband threatened to lick the plate. We each had a different kind of pasta, mine being gluten free, and it was delicious. The wine, the service and the atmosphere were lovely. We're already planning our next trip back.
Amazing food and staff, they are very knowledgeable. the owner has Celeacs. We had our reversal diner here because of my mother and I being allergic to gluten and everyone had a great time. I have never heard anything bad about this place. The price is with the food and the service you get here.
My favorite place in olympia! Amazing gluten free menu.
Wonderful food and wine list!
Amazing Italian food we came in with a group of GF eaters and were amazed at the FULL GF menu. But GF or not, everything was amazing. Bread, a couple appetizers, a few mains and a couple bottles of wine. Great pairings Amazing dishes. A little nicer then the standard, but well worth the price! We will definitely go again.
