This is one of my favorite gluten free restaurants for breakfast and lunch. They are a gf facility so there is no risk of cross contamination. The owners are the sweetest people and truly care about the health of their customers. They use fresh ingredients from local farms/businesses. Everything I’ve had there has been delicious. I especially love their chicken bacon sandwich, brownies, and bowls.

This is an adorable dedicated GF/Celiac safe cafe in Scotia. Family owned & operated, clean, friendly & service with compassion & a smile! So nice to find a dedicated place for dine in!! The best GF bread on the planet!!Great menu choices & to-go options! Staffing issues, at the moment have forced them to cut back hours & some menu items, but still great!!

This place was great! Good variety of options and my non-GF brothers were even happy. Had the bacon/egg sandwich and the only thing a bit odd was the "creamy spread". I would do without. But seriously the bacon was cooked to perfection and the roll was clearly made in house or locally. So glad we stopped by!

Cute little cafe. We arrived 10 minutes before closing and they were very friendly and gracious. We had delicious sandwiches and rose lemonade. So nice to find a dedicated gluten-free restaurant! Wish we lived closer!

Always delicious food, amazing staff And warm and inviting atmosphere. Our favorites are Marco’s egg-y sandwich and the Be Nourished bowl. So nice to not have to worry about gluten, dairy, soy, etc. You can feel the love that goes into everything they make here. So thankful for this place!
