When we asked for the GF menu the gluten intolerant owner brought it to us and discussed the options. He also said they had 2 options for the pizza crust- a premade crust that he didn’t make and one made with their regular pizza dough that has been aged to reduce the gluten proteins. If ur celiac or very sensitive go with the premade gf crust, but he said many gluten intolerant customers (including himself) get the aged dough. I had the chicken and Brussels (delicious!) and my husband had the premade GF crust, but he wants to return to try the aged dough. Great ambiance, friendly staff. We did not get sick.
