I honestly don’t understand how this place has so many good and ‘safe’ reviews. I’ve gotten sick every time I ate here. Last time we went I got the lemon & garlic roasted chicken. My husband got the same so I clearly specified I have celiac disease and asked multiple questions to ensure the safety. Dishes come out, I ask which one is gluten free. The server goes ‘both are naturally gluten free’ eeeeh that’s not how it works? Ate it, got sick…

Also, they keep their ‘GF’ cookies on display right next to and even under gluten containing products. Rookie mistake and they obviously don’t have a clue what celiac disease is.

Now today, I thought I’d try brunch. Again I let the waiter know I’m celiac. Ask multiple questions about a dedicate GF toaster, clean pan for my bacon etc. I ended up ordering scrambled eggs with bacon and GF toast. Keeping it simple! Our table could look into the kitchen. I see them line up our dishes, they place diagonally cut toast on my plate. Then panic and take it off and throw the toast out. The other dishes get served mine stays behind. I keep observing. They take the plate away to the back, to return minutes later with a slice of GF toast added to the plate. I ask the waiter if the meal is safe and told him what I saw. He said it was because they got the timing wrong. I said, this toast is 100% different than the toast before that they put on the plate and then threw out. I refused the meal. Waiter walked off huffing and puffing.

Will not be coming back 👎🏻
