Came to Beatrix 3x during a business trip because my hotel was across the street What a celiac find!! I am extremely sensitive to gluten cross contamination. A great place even for non celiacs. It has a great cool vibe with a restaurant, a full bar and coffee bar with 90s and 2000s music. They have a dedicated gluten free menu and knowledgeable staff, dedicated gluten free fryer and toaster, and an ingredient list available if you have other allergies like I do. They managed my wheat, shellfish and onion and garlic allergy great. The manager, Kevin, came out to answer any questions we had. And my ultimate test...no vomiting after 3 hours (which is how I know a place is gluten safe or not :). I had salmon with braised carrots and mashed potatoes one time. Shared gluten free chocolate cake which tasted great. Another time I had steak, eggs and hash browns. Try this place for brunch, lunch, dinner and dessert.
