I love Beatrix! Dinner was so good that we came back for breakfast. I ordered the grilled ahi tuna for dinner and had a GF brownie for dessert. I let the server know I have a gluten allergy both times. I’m very sensitive but felt fine afterwards. For breakfast, I had black coffee and a coffee cake and felt fine. I stopped back in for another brownie the next day! Some have said the case contains both gluten and gluten-free desserts. This is true, but they’re all on separate plates and labeled, and not touching eat other. Our server said the staff changes their gloves when you let them know it’s an allergy and they use individual paper sheets to pick up the desserts. My recommendation is to just be clear it’s a “gluten allergy” (I know celiac is not technically but to provide guidance for the staff) and order from their gluten free menu.
