The staff was knowledgeable about gluten-free foods. There’s a GF menu and everything is prepared separately to avoid cross contamination. Also, I had the skirt steak and fries, which was DELICIOUS. The only thing is that they served drinks with a hay straw. I asked if the straw had gluten. She wasn’t sure and brought out the box, and the straws are certified GF but are made with wheat starch. So possibly okay if celiac, but not okay if you have a wheat allergy. I looked at the straw manufacturer’s website, and they contain 8ppm gluten, so little enough to be certified GF but can still cause a reaction in some with celiac. I decided to be on the safe side and not use a straw because I’m extremely sensitive to gluten. Of course, the restaurant was nice about it and gave me a new drink that hadn’t had a straw in it.
