Tasty. The breakfast sandwich and hash browns are very good. Although there is an open kitchen, the staff appears well trained and takes all precautions to avoid cross-contamination. I didn't have any issues after eating there twice, so I'll say it's safe. Side Note: If you haven't heard of the Nima gluten sensor, check it out. The first full run is currently shipping. It should help to eat in non-dedicated restaurants with more ease. I'll include Nima readings in reviews when mine arrives!
