Completely GF restaurant!!! Such a treat for a celiac.

There are plenty of options and they are all GF. The waffles we had were super yummy!

This was place was delicious. We were able to dine-in, even with covid concerns. They only have two tables for two open inside. Masks are required unless seated at your table, per Memphis regulations...and they request information for disease tracking. None of which was a problem for us. I wasn't 100% sold on the waffle at first, but it really grew on me and I ended up loving it. We bought cookies from the market, to enjoy later. I'd definitely be a regular here if I lived in the area.

Amaaaaazing!!!!!!!!!! So good, all gf. Got the breakfast burrito and Monte Cristo with no meat. They also make prepackaged gf meals but have to call and order ahead of time but they let me buy their leftover salmon dinners!!!!!

Ate here twice while we were in Memphis and bought some goodies to take home. Food was yummy and it's great being able to order anything from the menu. Just be careful some of the baked goods contain oats.

Amazing Waffles!! My daughter and I are both Celiac and it’s such a treat to eat somewhere that is dedicated GF! The staff was so sweet and the atmosphere is fun and relaxing! We will absolutely be back next time we visit Memphis!!

This was so so so good. I don't usually like sweet meat but this was delicious. It is a small deli type eatery and you can take home eggs, milk, egg salad, chicken salad, sweet potato brownie etc., etc., etc..... We were in heaven!

EXCELLENT food! Any type of waffle you could imagine. Savory to sweet. Wish we lived closer to enjoy regularly. We had Waffle Eggs Benedict, Boston creme pie waffles and tacos! Phone number is correct on the website.

GF facility, awesome staff, delicious food. Seriously just get one of everything, you’ll be happy! Funky fun atmosphere downtown. They also have a little market with prepackaged items. Lots of vegan/veg options too. GET THE CHICKEN AND WAFFLES. They will change your life

Absolutely delicious! My gluten free daughter loved the donut waffles, my dairy free self enjoyed the salted caramel frappuccino, & my regular husband loved their tacos. The charm of the restaurant was cute and the staff was beyond nice and helpful!

I love this place! The entire restaurant is gluten free. They have a breakfast menu as well as lunch menu. I’ve never tried any of the breakfast items but the lunches are delicious! I typically get their hamburgers which are served on a homemade waffle as the bun along with grilled onions and paprika mayo. The waffle has a slight sweetness that accents the burger and paprika. I’ve also tried their Monte Cristo sandwich which is a ham and cheese sandwiches between 2 waffles, egg dipped and grilled. Did I mention that all their sandwiches are served on waffles? You’ve never had better bread(waffles)! Try their roasted sweet potato salad as a side. The cafe is in downtown memphis in an arts district with lots of character.

Though it isn’t clear on their website, the ENTIRE menu is GF. My husband (not celiac or GF) and myself (celiac) shared an omelette with pulled pork and a waffle with sausage, pulled pork and bacon and fried egg. All SO delicious. If we were locals it would be a regular stop for sure.

A quaint, cozy completely gluten free cafe with very knowledge and friendly staff! I had rhe chicken & waffles...what an amazingly fabulous dish! I purchased some buffalo chicken bites for later, even reheated they were delicious! Well worth a visit!

Found this on find me gluten free while visiting Memphis. Their menu is 100% gluten-free. Only a couple brands of beer are not gluten-free. It was great food, reasonably priced, and very tasty. A nice, small, local eatery that I highly recommend.

I had the breakfast burrito, tasted great. Is it a little pricey? Perhaps. $12 for a large burrito. But frankly, I don't care. I'll second what others have said:

Ignore the bad reviews. This place is dedicated GF, and we need to support that. When there's dedicated GF restaurants everywhere, then maybe we can start being picky.

EVERYTHING'S GLUTEN FREE! I had banana bread French toast and a creme brulee waffle! Ignore the reviews that say the portions are small! They are good sizes! I only got 2 things because I couldn't decide (I was so excited!) I am from out of town, I wish we had options like this near me! Memphis is VERY gluten free friendly. I will be visiting more often now! THANK YOU BEDROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IGNORE the silly negatives below. It’s nowhere close to a dive and they put allergy warnings on the menu. Food is excellent, and I’d be thrilled to see them in St Louis where we live. Food is all GF and within price range of other GF places we’ve been. Come here, it’s great!

I was excited about going to a totally gluten free restaurant on our vacation. First reaction was that this is a real dive, not very nice, not very clean, but it had great reviews on here, so we gave it a chance. I got the egg, bacon and cheese waffle sandwich and the broccoli salad. The sandwich was good the broccoli salad was not great and I ended up taking the broccoli out and just eating the rest, but not soon enough. I didn't get glutened, but I got the worse case of food poisoning I have ever experienced!! Beware!!!!

This place was a wonderful surprise on a roadtrip that took us through TN! I ordered the cheddar jalapeño biscuit with chorizo gravy and it was AMAZING- the only decent gf biscuit I’ve had since being diagnosed at the beginning of this year! My friend who was with me is not gf but loved her meal as well! If we weren’t driving 8 hrs after leaving this place, then I definitely would have loaded up on some of their grab and go meals, but we didn’t have a cooler with us. Highly recommend, and I hope to go back some day!
