Disappointed. Not the same under new ownership. I have Celiac and travel many hours to BYL pick up large quantity orders. My last order none of the frozen items were individually wrapped, but just laying in a box. Upon taking a bite, quickly discovered everything was extremely dried out. No wrapping would easily explain this.

I just tried a blueberry scone and it is not edible. Tastes like plain biscuit batter without basic mixing ingredients such as salt, and honey.

Also, most items in the case are NOT wrapped and there is no backing to the case which means the food sits out in the open air all day.

The last time I placed a large owner was under the previous owners. EVERYTHING that was frozen was wrapped. Nothing was dry.

Hoping they will turn things around, if not they lost a customer.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience at our bakery. Your experience is not typical. I would appreciate the opportunity to talk with you to get a better understanding of all of the details related to the order so that I can put processes in place to ensure that it doesn't happen again. In addition, I'd like to make it right with you. Whether or not you choose to return for additional purchases, I want to be sure that we replace all of the food you were unhappy with.
