Food was brought out with regular bread on the plate. Told waitress the food was now contaminated she reached over took off the bread and said there it’s okay now. Manager just smiled and said it looked okay to her. We got up and left and they actually thought we should pay for the food.

Items that are GF are well marked on meal. Hamburger was very good on GF toasted bread. Waitress was careful to bring GF food out only and held it with a napkin as to not cause any cross contamination from handing other plates. Seemed to really understand.

Regular menu items are great, but the gluten free toast is terrible. It's thawed bread that is hard but not toasted. It disinigrates into powder in your mouth. Ew.
We had to leave as we were told absolutely everything gluten free is prepared on shared equipment and pans, and no modifications could be made to prevent CC. This was very disappointing.

Staff was knowledgeable about Celiac and GF options. Maybe 5-6 years ago they weren’t Celiac friendly but they seem to be now! No issues!

Had an omelet plus gluten free bagel for breakfast. Recommended not having hash browns because of the possibility of Crowe contamination. Friendly and helpful staff- good food.

Have been going here for years but lately they are terrible! the icing on the cake for me was last night I went there with my husband and friends. I ordered the grilled pork chop and fries. after waiting almost an hour for our food it finally comes out and the pork chop is sitting in a pool of bloody juice. it's RAW in the middle. so I send it back. after waiting another 25 mins it comes back STILL RAW. IT looked like they microwaved it and put it back on the same plate. so furious. the manager comped. the pork chop but charged me 4.00 for the fries... whatever. will not be going back here for a long time.
Only item on the breakfast menu that was gf was bread for an additional 90 cents. Kitchen staff was uneducated about cross-contamination issues. Eggs had to be remade because they were made on a grill alongside pancakes. Not impressed.

They have GF bread on the breakfast menu, but no longer have pancakes or any other choices. While eggs and bacon are always an option, I was hoping for something more.

We enjoyed everything!! My 3 and 8 year olds with dairy and gluten allergies ate everything on their plates. Service was great too.
Very familiar with gluten free. The main menu is marked with which dishes are GF. Friendly, small-town feel. Clean and neatly decorated.
Great service, and food that's so good it reminds me of the melrose in Philly! I managed to fill up on steak, eggs, hash ( in more than 1 way) and not need to buy anything from cedar point. The fact I got to put my food on gf bread that was toasted was the best of all. Usually to do that you gotta sneak it in wrapped in foil, then get stared at by strangers. I can't stress how great of an experience I had here.
I love this Berardi's's and so do many others. it was rated best un area by the people who live here for 2012. great food, many choices for us including sandwiches with Udi's bread and toast with your eggs. love their salads with homemade dressing too. staff is well trained on gf. choices listed right on the same menu.
