They have a gluten-free crust that is pretty good. It is thin and can sometimes be a little crunchy, but it’s one of the better ones I’ve tried. It’s not a dedicated GF facility, but I talked with the manager who said they clean surfaces, wash hands, change gloves, and change utensils. He seemed pretty knowledgeable about procedures to avoid cross-contamination.
