I always make sure to pop through Best Ugly Bagels when I’m at the airport, whether that be international or domestic.
Today I watched the process of making my bagel and was very happy. The staff member changed gloves each time before handling my bagel. It was toasted in a separate toaster, and fresh unused toppings were used to avoid cross contamination.
