We dined at the one on 41st St. in Capitola. The sweet potato fries were very good, but I found two of the curly fries in my sweet potato fries. While some would be happy at an “accidental curly,“ since the curlys and regular fries are batter dipped, that’s not so great for a gluten sensitive or individual with celiac. The burger I had was OK. The gf bun was good, although, as with most GF buns, it started falling apart. But that’s just to be expected. The shakes are phenomenal. I had the Turkish coffee.

Ate at the Betty's Eat In downtown. They were great and knew what they were taking about when it came to Gf. The GF bun is very good - I recommend the turkey burger with avocado.

Pretty tasteless burgers, the person at the counter completely mess up up our order. They ended up giving my daughter regular bum instead of gf.

Most delicious burger with GF bun! I suffered no ill effects. Staff was in the know & warned me to stay away from their floured fries.

On my second visit... I decided to try the salmon burger. The web site does not reveal if the salmon patty is GF. The staff assured me it was GF. Tough lesson: I got sick on the salmon burger.

I'll just stick to their excellent beef burgers in the future,

Really good burgers on a nice fluffy gfree bun. Fries unfortunately are breaded.

This place is pretty good. Unfortunately, the veggie burgers and French fries are not gluten free so I still always end up with a salad but I enjoy it. There are also a couple of portobello based options for those of us who are vegetarian and celiac and I'm sure they would be able to make a grilled cheese on their gluten free buns.

Hostess was helpful. I had to ask them specifically to clean the grill. Buns and veggie patties have gluten. So I asked them to clean it. Willing to accommodate. I saw hostess speak with the cooks. Noone seemed irritated. Chillis is gf and delicious.

Gluten free buns available. Staff is knowledgeable about allergens. I did have to send my burger back, they forgot and added cheese. Quick service. No GF fries

I was told the chicken sandwich gluten free the bread was. The chicken is soaked in soy sauce which is gluten. I asked 2xs they said no soy sauce , called in once and talked to them again when ordering and they said yes soaked in soy sauce .

This place was amazing! Their meat had a hint of fresh cut pastrami which made it unique. The girl at the counter was understanding and able to clearly and quickly tell me what item I may and may not have. After ordering I personally watched her inform the kitchen staff and action being taken. This of course was after I informed her I would need an ambulance out if done incorrectly. She informed me the fries were NOT gf as they share a fryer. However, they charge separate for every menu item, so I wasn't that sad to save some $$ Their bun is UNBELIEVABLE so close to the real thing !!! Soft warm and unlike ANY gf bread I have seen. I have to ask multiple times to make sure it was correct. They even brought it out separately from my family meal (which they always should)

Meal down. Amazing in my mouth and NO side effects :) My warning was heard!! Super sensitive celiac and I recommend

back a year later and still the BEST gf bun I have found. You still MUST be firm with them. But def worth it. :)) NO FRIES THOUGH . NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY manager says they are coated with flour. No fries.

We were looking forward to trying this based on other reviews. However, after talking with the manager we did not feel it was safe enough for a Celiac family. The staff was very nice but they said there would be cross contamination.

Love eating here. The buns are amazing! Burgers are really good. I'm not super sensitive so I do eat the fries but there is no dedicated gf fryer. Some employees are more knowledgeable than others. Most will warn me about ordering fries when I order gf bun but some employees don't mention anything.

I love this place! They use grass-fed beef, super juicy! Their GF buns are great, but I usually just get mine 'bareback', wrapped in lettuce. The Point Grinder is my favorite! Fries are out, because they don't have a dedicated fryer, but the burger is more than enough to fill you up! I've never had a problem after eating here and I'm very sensitive.

My burger was good, the GF bun was indistinguishable from how I remember regular buns. Fries ARE NOT safe. I suggested they get some GF beer and the counter person was very receptive to it. I only gave it three stars because there are no fries or fry substitutes, like chips.

Just noticed on their menu they have GF buns for $1.50 extra! Didn't ask about the fryer but I used to love coming here before I found out I had celiac! So glad I can eat the "point grinder" on a GF bun. They also can wrap in lettuce.

Amazing Coeliac friendly burgers!!! Beef deluxe and chicken deluxe (GF substitute grilled). The GF buns are fantastic, one of the best ever. No GF beers, but thickshakes are GF. Absolutely delicious, so good we went back the next day. Aware of contamination, seperate fryers for GF fries and all sauces are GF.
