I was so sure I’d be ok, but I got glutened here on Fathers Day weekend. The server asked right away if anyone need gluten free food. They have a whole GF menu. They give you gluten free bread to start! Because they seemed so confident, I didn’t ask many questions. I had the fettuccine Alfredo and it was very tasty. I’m not sure what it was- maybe they re-used gluten-y pasta water to cook my pasta? But, I am sure I got sick from this meal. Just ask them lots of questions about their cross contact precautions.
