Think a Chipotle bowl but with Korean food instead of Mexican. Build your own bowl with a rice base or cold rice noodles. In house soy sauce is Tamari so their Japche is safe as well as a base.
Add proteins- Tofu and Steak are GF (for some reason they list the Tofu as GF but not the steak but the chef and their website state there is no gluten in the steak marinade). Chicken options are not safe. Must be something else in the chicken marinade.
All the vegetable add-ons are safe as well. Sauce-wise stay away from the teriyaki, Korean red and siracha but good to go with the Sesame Ginger, Cucumber Wasabi or best name ever Yum-Yum sauce.
Complimentary miso soup is not GF.
Great value, healthy tasty fast casual food.

BIBIBOP Asian Grill is all about well-being and that focus includes providing guests with a healthy, delicious, and safe menu. In 2018, BIBIBOP set a goal to become a 100% Gluten-Free restaurant and on March 29, 2021 we announced that BIBIBOP has been certified as a Gluten-Free Safe Space.
As part of our effort to become 100% Gluten-Free, BIBIBOP worked with the Gluten Intolerance Group to earn their Gluten Free Food Service certification as a Validated Gluten-Free Safe Spot.

Great little Gluten Free Healthy quick meal! Had the noodles with Korean beef, broccoli & two different sauces. Yummy! And no stress about cross contamination, even the fountain drinks are gluten free! Great way to have something on the go when on vacation

This place was great! 100% GF, it was like a chipotle in that you assembly your bowl as you go down the line, I got the Korean bbq which was really good and also got one of their cookies. Wish this was a bigger chain.
