Think a Chipotle bowl but with Korean food instead of Mexican. Build your own bowl with a rice base or cold rice noodles. In house soy sauce is Tamari so their Japche is safe as well as a base.
Add proteins- Tofu and Steak are GF (for some reason they list the Tofu as GF but not the steak but the chef and their website state there is no gluten in the steak marinade). Chicken options are not safe. Must be something else in the chicken marinade.
All the vegetable add-ons are safe as well. Sauce-wise stay away from the teriyaki, Korean red and siracha but good to go with the Sesame Ginger, Cucumber Wasabi or best name ever Yum-Yum sauce.
Complimentary miso soup is not GF.
