Food was great (phenomenal burger), marked with an allergy flag. More importantly the staff was knowledgeable and flat out exceptional in every facet. Great customer service in general and really made me feel safe overall in regards to my meal.

They have gluten free menu, pretty much the items on their regular menu that would be considered gluten free like their salads, crispy chicken and appetizers. I'm vegetarian plus have a gluten intolerance so sometimes it can be a little challenging. I was happy to see they had gluten free pizza crusts, only to find out 1. They actually don't offer pizza anymore as the person who made them is no longer there and 2. They don't offer GF crust anymore 😔 they did have a GF burger bun, so I ordered that but the veggie burger was a no for me, im also just not a burger person. not good. Over all the menu isn't really vegetarian friendly, can be customized but very limited.

I ordered a burger with a gluten-free bun (Udi’s). When my food arrived to the table, my server acknowledged that it was gluten-free — and it also had a little gluten-free tag on it. I felt totally safe and had no reaction! However, there IS a disclaimer on the menu about not being able to avoid cross-contamination/cross-contact (because it’s not a dedicated gf facility), but I think that’s pretty standard.

Also, the service I had was phenomenal! Thanks for making this a safe, relaxing meal, Big Bear!

I’ve been going to Big Bear since I was a kid, but this was my first time going as someone with celiac. The waiter seemed knowledgeable about what was safe for me, and about the dangers of cross contamination. My food came out with an allergy marker, and was brought separately from the rest of my table. The tomato basil pasta was delicious! so happy a childhood favorite can cater to me!

The service here is excellent and the food is delicious! The GF food comes out marked and separated. We keep going back over and over. You can ask for things on the regular menu too to check if they are GF and chef will let servers know. I highly recommend.

They have a separate menu for gluten free. Spoke with manager who had a daughter with celiacs. He made sure my husbands order with marked correctly and spoke with the kitchen. Food was very good. He had a hamburger and mashed potatoes. The menu was large!

Excellent food, I got one of the burgers and was happy to find that the bun didn’t just completely fall apart. Lots of great sounding GF options on their menu. Just watch out for the sweet potato fries! Staff was very knowledgeable as well

Excellent GF menu. Just note that the sweet potatoe fries are in the small print on menu , but they are fried in contaminated oil. The servers were amazing and caught the error. I ate the chicken salad sandwich with Udis bread which was great!

Full gluten free menu. I either get the burgers (great!), steak or pork chop. Good selection of sides with either vegetables, mashed or baked potato. Well prepared and I pair it off with a New Planet beer. Would like to see a greater gluten free beer selection. Otherwise, always a pleasure to return to. Great place.

I've been here a few times and the burgers, beer, and appetizers have been delicious. I really liked the spicy chicken sandwich and the burger with Brie. Glad they use Udi's buns and New Grist beer! Wish there was more of a selection of GF beers than just the one flavor, but hey--I'll take it!

Every time I am in Florida I visit this place, the beer is awesome and so is the food!! They have a dedicated gluten free menu with a TON of good food on it. I always get the burger, the bun is Udi's I believe. They can suggest gluten free house made beer if necessary. The service is wonderful!!! I love this place for gluten free!

Terrible customer service

Super knowledgeable and accommodating. The creme brulee is amazing they'll give a regular bowl. Steak and mash is to die for
