I ordered a burger with a gluten-free bun (Udi’s). When my food arrived to the table, my server acknowledged that it was gluten-free — and it also had a little gluten-free tag on it. I felt totally safe and had no reaction! However, there IS a disclaimer on the menu about not being able to avoid cross-contamination/cross-contact (because it’s not a dedicated gf facility), but I think that’s pretty standard.
Also, the service I had was phenomenal! Thanks for making this a safe, relaxing meal, Big Bear!
