I loved their breakfast. Went twice. The mochi pancakes are the best pancakes I’ve ever had. Second time I split the pancakes and breakfast tacos with a friend and those were great too. I’m going to try using mochi flour at home now.

Have gluten-sensitive items on the menu. My steak and veggies were amazing. For dessert they have some GS items marked but BE CAREFUL!! I ordered the chocolate moose. Waitress came out and said the crust is made with gram crackers. She offered just some moose in a cup without the crust. Great call friend!

They have the pancakes and waffles on the menu but said they didn’t have them when we got there.

The open air second flow provided great views, and shade. Our GF diner created his own breakfast plate from GF sides on 3 occasions. Had steak for dinner. The preparation was great and our diner stayed well. Service was very friendly and knowledgeable.

January 29, 2023 - arrived at the restaurant & spoke to Manager Andrew Joessy, explaining my severe gluten allergy (Celiac). He promised to cook my Mahi Mahi himself, in a separate area of the kitchen. Our server, Katerin Piper, was amazing...she came by our table several times to say that my fish was being cooked separately and would take some time...she even confirmed the Manager was cooking it. The Mahi Mahi was amazing...perfect cook!!!
Travelling with Celiac disease is difficult at the best of times...this restaurant knows what they're doing ...BRAVO!!! I encourage everyone to support them.

Fun place but there’s no certified gluten free meals at dinner. They do have gluten sensitive meals. I had the fish tacos, which were quite good.

Went here for a breakfast and a lunch while we were in Kona. There are more GF options on the breakfast menu, but not your typical gf breakfasts. We had Mochi waffles which were shaped like fish so those were a hit: mochi pancakes and breakfast tacos. All the food was delicious. For the lunch my daughter had the fish tacos which were also gf. Good food, good price, great location. And my daughter had no reaction to either meal.
