I've had better experiences here than the other reviewers. I have found them to be very accommodating when I informed them I have celiac. I did have one waiter who went out of his way to ensure the pasta was made in a separate pot and water, without my needing to ask. They have generally been quite knowledgeable about what is and is not safe.
That said, while I do have celiac, I don't have any symptoms if gluten gets in my food, so I can't be certain how strict they are. However, my anti-TTG antibodies have stayed consistently negative despite going to Bigalora about once a month, so I infer that there can't be too much cross-contamination going on.
