One of my favorite places to get breakfast. Bill's has an excellent gluten-free menu for any meal of the day, a good variety so you don't feel like you are stuck eating salads. They specially prepare gluten-free meals to avoid cross-contamination.

They have a separate gluten free menu and made me feel very safe eating there. Staff were very helpful and the food was amazing.
I ended up having the blueberry pancakes with bacon and they are very fluffy, and not dry.
Would recommend if you are getting breakfast in Cardiff!
