Had our work Christmas party here. Able to pre order off a gluten free menu. Staff weren't very clued up at first but got better through the courses. When we asked for extra gravy and sauces none of the staff knew if they contained gluten or not and didn't want to check. I had a good choice but the food provided was a poor standard. Disappointed following other reviews.

Food came out flagged. Special gluten free menu with plenty of options. Service was worse here than other Bills locations I’ve been to, but I didn’t get sick!

Has a separate, large gluten free menu. Staff asked about allergies as soon as we walked in. Food was marked with “allergy” flags. I had the chicken shawarma plate which came with gf pita and then I ordered a side of gf fries as well. I was very pleased with it overall!

Told staff I was Coeliac. Straight away I was given a blue menu (My wife and kids was yellow). Everything on my menu was gluten free, including drinks on the back. Great choice of mains, starters and deserts. Food was delicious. I had the chicken Shawarma with Gluten free flat breads and a side of Haloumi fries with a honey and chilli dip. Delicious. Staff really knowledgeable, food Delicious and a great choice. One of the best dining experiences I've had since been diagnosed coeliac. 5 out of 5!
