Review of Billy Sushi ビリー寿司

This was the best sushi I have ever had. We sat at the sushi bar and I was able to watch the sushi chef clean the area. My husband had one roll that couldn’t be made gluten free and it was served separately. I felt very confident. However it was my worst glutening ever. I suspect there was a mix up with soy sauce on the counter. It clearly said gluten free but I wonder if it was refilled with the wrong soy sauce. It took me 7 months to try any sushi again. I may try them again but bring my own gf soy sauce.
