Review of BimBeriBon

This is an incredible dedicated Gluten Free restaurant and bakery!! They have pre-packaged food and drinks at the bakery counter for those on the go and a large selection of lunch/dinner plates made to order- counter service style. The cuisine is a fusion inspired mix with no refined sugar and plenty of options for all (although it's worth noting there is no kids menu). I am a super sensitive Celiac with an immediate reaction and the chef's knowledge gave me every confidence: right down to their careful product sourcing to prevent any Gluten from entering the restaurant. This is an exciting must-visit for anyone Gluten Free!
