Biossa is a little gem of a bakery in Bunkyo. It’s gluten-free certified, with a great selection of sweet and savoury pastries, along with bread loaves. I highly, highly recommend the keema curry bun. One of the Japanese pastries I missed most was curry buns is this is a close substitute. The garlic butter baguette is a fancy garlic bread and the French toast is one of the softest, spongiest gluten-free breads I’ve ever had. The bakery suggests heating up their breads in the microwave for 20-30 seconds but I think they still taste good at room temperature. I cannot recommend this bakery enough.
