This is a wonderful little gluten-free bakery. Cupcakes, cookies, cinnamon sugar donuts, bread, rolls and more. There’s also a sandwich and pizza menu to-go (the owner says he’ll offer indoor dining soon), and a freezer full of pizza crusts, bread, mozzarella sticks and other delicious bits to take home. I tried the bread, donuts and a sandwich. I can say that it seems like the same dough recipe is used for each. But, it’s lovely. The bread is springy, chewy, fluffy, and holds up nicely to sandwich toppings or would be great to use in bread pudding or French toast recipes as well. The owner is super nice and it sounds like gluten-free bakeries have long been part of his family business. Please support this small business!
