Well, I can not eat much of their product because I react to some amount of gluten in their products.
Limited daily baking variations offered, too few.
I have ordered from them 4 times for birthday and wedding events. There were serious mistakes made in the order every time, including preparing an entire cupcake order for a childrens birthday party that was ordered gluten free, but when my husband asked at pick up to confirm it's gluten free preparation, was told "no, its regular". They then filled a box with the gluten free cupcakes they had on hand, including 2 with peanuts which we can't have either, and not including any of the birthday child's favorite cupcakes because they were not available that day.
I have found on all 4 occasions that their business practices are ridiculously amateurish and unprofessional, impolite and careless. Why do I keep going? Because we have a serious health problems and they are the only game in town for events too large for me to bake for myself.
Anyone interested in doing a gluten free bakery right? You'd have some customers already waiting for you, and I would be thrilled to help with proper set-up of a truly gluten free bakery/kitchen.
