I feel like I can't even do this place justice with a review. Or maybe I feel like I need to adjust all my other 5-star ratings so that this restaurant really stands out and shines.

This was--hands down--the BEST gluten fee meal I've had in the five years since going GF. And it certainly rivals other best meals I had before then. I'll admit...I cried.

The owner, Anthony, is so genuine and attentive--and after 14 years of offering gluten free options on his menu (most are either GF already or can be made so), he absolutely knows what he's doing. He's sourced some of the best tasting breads and pastas from around NYC and serves them up with delicious accompaniments.

I wish I could ditch my work responsibilities this weekend and spend my remaining hours in the city bellied up to the bar in this gem of a restaurant.

Don't pass up the bread with oil and garlic. Or the handmade ravioli. And you can't go wrong with any of the desserts, but the berry gelato and the lemon tarte (with its hand-whipped cream dollop) were the perfect way to end a perfect meal.

Thank you, Anthony, for being such an amazing host tonight and serving up plates of gluten-free perfection. I'll be back!
