Review of Bistango

This place is great. I get the pizza (flatbread). Delicious. But what’s really terrific is how easy it is. I come with work friends. It is close to the office and the waiters totally understand what being Celiac entails (I don’t have to explain I need my own dip for the bread, what is or isn’t safe). It makes everything easy. I really appreciate it. Five stars for that. The food is good but the sense of safety and ease is outstanding.
