Review of Bistango

The food here is phenomenal! They are clearly very aware of the precautions that need to be taken to avoid gluten contamination. The waiter told us that all gluten free items are prepared in a separate space with dedicated equipment and specifically pointed out all of the items that are GF or can be made to be GF. They also bring out complimentary GF bread — which is some of the best GF bread I’ve had. I ordered the steak and my partner ordered the lasagna, both were spectacular. The waiter let me know that the lasagna is gluten free as well and assured me that I can try it with no problems. Highly recommend!
