Review of Bistango

Perhaps my expectations are too high but my wife and I dined here last night due to the reviews on here. I found the food very mediocre and the GF pizza was not great. Maybe I’ve been spoilt by having so many light, fluffy and well made GF pizzas, this wasn’t one of them. I’m not aligned at all with the reviews on here. Service was pretty poor, staff looked bored and were not attentive and $100 for a salad, a pizza, a pasta and a bottle of water was way too expensive.
