Review of Bistango

Came to Bistango for the first time December 2018 and Nima tested everything I ordered and it all tested gluten free. I was so excited that I got theater tickets reserved a room at the Kimberly intending to have dinner upon arrival and breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, this time around, most items tested gluten found. I did inform the server that I have celiac disease and I did note it in my online reservation. The server apologized but didn't seem to take it seriously that there must be something different going on in the kitchen and that the food did actually contain gluten. That being said, my "normal" night out turned out to be another expensive celiac disaster. I am giving it one star because of the gluten found. If you are not celiac, this is a nice restaurant and the food is good as my husband was able to eat. The hotel is clean and a great price point and the bar, Upstairs, is also very nice.
