Review of Bistro 17

Hands down one of the best restaurants to go for gluten free eating. The entire menu is GF, with some options to go non-GF (e.g. wheat roll vs GF). When is the last time you had GF fried pickles?!? How about GF mac-and-cheese bites?! GF crab cakes, GF fried chicken, GF everything! And on top of that, a great staff that understands it all! Do not miss this restaurant if you are in Tuscaloosa and GF, and definitely don’t miss it if you are not, because the food is great, you wouldn’t even know it’s GF!!!
